I can come to you
Your schedule. Your location. By traveling to you I make it convenient to put a comprehensive estate plan in place. I am happy to visit you at your home, office, assisted care facility, or anywhere that is convenient for you.
how does it work?
I will travel to you wherever it is most convenient. At our meeting, I will obtain information to evaluate your needs and provide my recommendations based on your goals. All information provided is strictly confidential.
After our meeting I will send you my recommendations and proposal to create a comprehensive estate plan. Then you decide whether to move forward or not.
Once engaged, I will prepare your estate planning documents and send them to you for your review. If you have any questions or requested revisions we will discuss then and make any necessary changes.
Once your documents are completed to your liking we will meet again to execute and notarize each document, as necessary. I will then record any real property conveyances and submit any tax forms to the applicable agency.
Once your plan is signed and in place I provide you with an estate planning binder with your original documents. Simultaneously, I will provide you with instructions on updating the title to any bank accounts or other assets that need to be updated.
